Facilities
Two lighted outdoor basketball courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 lighted multi-purpose athletic field, 1 sand tot lot, gymnasiums used for basketball and volleyball, 3 meeting rooms, 1 weight room, 1 game room, and a kitchen. Call the center for details.

History of the Center
The land where the Recreation Center is located was aquired in on September 3rd, 1946 and the center was built 1954. The Pacfic Beach Recreation Center was dedicated on March 6th, 1975.

From Interstate 5 North take the Grand Ave / Garnet Ave exit. Turn left on Grand Ave. Turn right on Gresham. Turn right on Diamond.
From Interstate 5 South take the Balboa Ave / Garnet Ave exit. Turn right on Garnet Ave. Turn right on Gresham. Turn right on Diamond.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS routes 8 / 9 & 27.
