What's Coming
The North Clairemont Recreation Center offers year round youth/adult self defense classes, tennis lessons and tiny tots for ages 3 to 5 years. Youth sports are offered seasonally: winter/summer is basketball, spring is soccer and fall is flag football. Adult leagues include men and women basketball, coed soccer, flag football, softball and frisbee.

Monday 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (registration only)
Tuesday 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
History of the Center
The park land was acquired in 1954 and the recreation center was built in 1960. An official dedication ceremony took place in 1974.
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 805 take the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard West exit to Genesee Avenue. Turn left on Genesee and then right on Bannock. The center is on the left.
From Interstate 5 take State Route 52 East to the Genesse exit, turn left (south) onto Genesee. Turn right on Bannock Ave. The center will be on the left.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS route 41, 44 & 50.
