History of the Center
The Recreation Center at Nobel Athletic Fields was completed in 2007 as a result of strong community organization and effort. The 31 acre site is also home to the North University Branch Library.
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 805 North take the Nobel Drive Exit and go left on to Nobel Drive. Turn right on Judicial Drive at the first light. The Recreation Center and Library are on the left.
From Interstate 805 South take the La Jolla Village Drive and head West. Turn left on to Towne Center Drive. Turn left on to Nobel Drive, then go left on to Judicial Drive. The Recreation Center and Library on left.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS route 960 (limited).
