Facilities
A gymnasium, a game room, a craft room, a kitchen, and meeting rooms that are available for rent. There is a children's tot lot, a lighted multi purpose court and four youth ball fields near a large picnic area which offers tables and benches.

Winter Youth Basketball - Registration is going on now through November 19th. Cost is $50. Birth certificates are required.
Winter Day Camp - There will be two session s during winter vacation. The first session is December 21st through the 24th, and the second session is December 28th though the 31st. Cost is $80 per session or $22 per day.
History of the Center
The San Carlos Recreation Center opened in 1970, following planning meetings held in area resident's homes. Many of the people who were committed to having recreational opportunities in the San Carlos community then, remain involved with current on-going programs and special events.

From Interstate 8 take the Lake Murray exit. Take Lake Murray to Jackson Drive and turn left. Take Jackson Drive to Lake Badin and turn right the center is on the corner of Lake Badin and Lake Adlon.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS routes 115 & 854.
