2009 City Amateur Final Round Pairings for August 8, 2009 South Course (PDF: 862K)

The 2009 City of San Diego Amateur Golf Championships will be held at The City of San Diego's Balboa and Torrey Pines Municipal Golf Courses August 1-2 and August 8, 2009. The format is 54 hole Gross Stroke Play with no cut and is open to all amateur golfers, 18 years of age and over, who are active members of an SCGA or USGA club or index system and have a current numeric index as of June 1, 2009 (indexes for June 2009 will be verified by the tournament committee prior to play).

The tournament is comprised of three championship flights: Mens, Womens and Seniors. Player selection for all flights will be made by the tournament committee. The committee will determine selection for the championship based on lowest verified indexes. The players will be selected after the entry period has closed. All rounds begin with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start.

Entry forms for The 2009 City Amateur will be available online at www.sandiego.gov/torreypines starting May 1, 2009. You may submit entry forms from May 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009. Selections, based on players with the lowest indexes, will be made and players notified on July 1, 2009. Full payment will be due upon player notification. No payments for selected players will be accepted prior to July 1, 2009.
