Pepper Grove

Named for the numerous Pepper Trees that provide shade to the picnic area, the popular Pepper Grove offers picnic grounds with 15 tables and an extensive playground for children.

Note:
There is a playground, picnic area and grass turf area that is perfect for family events.

Available Hours	6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Food / Beverages	Picnic area with tables and benches available. Alcohol permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Restrooms	There are restrooms on site.

Directions & Parking
This playground is located on Park Boulevard across from the Balboa Park Activity Center, just south of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. Take Hwy 163 South to Park Blvd Exit. Turn left at Park Blvd and park to the south of the Science Center. There is also limited street parking available as well.
