Residential Permit Parking Application

The Residential Permit Parking Application form is new, reflecting the processing system our office will be utilizing this year. Although additional information is requested and forms are individualized, the requirements have not changed. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted and will be returned for corrections. Permits are not required if vehicles display a disabled placard or license plates. All information given is confidential and secured.
