Contact Parking Administration to:

1. Pay a parking citation (must be paid within 30 calendar days to avoid delinquent penalties)
2. Appeal a parking citation
3. Assist if your parking citation was lost or destroyed

You may also pay citations and file citation appeals at your local Community Service Center. Community Service Center staff can also assist if you parking citation was lost or destroyed.

When paying a parking citation, you will need the following:

1. Parking citation number, vehicle license number and state. If you do not have the citation number, provide the license plate number and state for the vehicle cited.
2. Payment by cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only.)

Failure to Pay Information

If a parking citation is not paid after approximately 75 days, the citation information may be reported to the Department of Motor Vehicles preventing you from registering the vehicle until all outstanding citations are paid. The amount due may also be forwarded to the City Treasurer for collections.
