Green-Top Parking Meter Program

The Green Top meter program is a pilot project designed to increase parking turnover in congested areas. The program offers lower parking rates and/or longer parking times in selected areas. Rates and times are posted on blue signs near the meters and on the meters themselves. Just look for the meters with the green tops.
