Angle Parking
All parking on public streets is considered parallel parking unless marked for angle parking by the City. Angle stalls require sufficient street width to provide for vehicle parking, maneuvering and through traffic. Because angle parking requires red curb at each driveway to preserve driveway access, angle parking may actually reduce parking on blocks with numerous driveways. Angle parking will not be considered in a cul-de-sac because of the area is necessary for vehicles to turn around.
