Submit Your Fire Pit Photos

Along with your donations, we are seeking your fire pit photos. Please send your fire pit photos to jwolff@sandiego.gov and we will display a selection on the Web site.

By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:

1) your photo does not infringe another person’s or entity’s copyright, trademark, moral right, right of privacy or publicity, or other intellectual property right; 2) no other person or entity has any right, title, or interest in the photo; 3) you have obtained any and all releases and consents of third parties necessary to permit the use of your photo on the City of San Diego’s web-site without additional compensation; and 4) if any person appearing in any photograph is under the age of majority, you have obtained the release and consent of the person’s parent or legal guardian.

LICENSE: By submitting your photo, you grant the City of San Diego, without compensation or approval rights, an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use and display your photo for non-commercial purposes in and through any media now or hereafter known.

The City reserves the right to reject any photograph which the City deems, in its sole discretion, to be obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.
