The City of San Diego City Planning and Community Investment Department (CPCI), in conjunction with the Old Town and Midway community planning groups has established community plan update advisory committees (CPUACs) for each community. The function of the CPUAC is to facilitate community involvement and represent the interests of residents and other stakeholders throughout the community plan update process.
