Current Community Plan

The Carmel Valley (North City West) Community Plan was adopted by City Council on February 1, 1975. There are also separate precise plans for various neighborhoods identified in the community plan (listed below). The plans can be viewed from the available links below, or purchased at the City of San Diego City Planning & Community Investment Department located at 202 C Street, fourth floor.
