A draft of the Otay Mesa Community Plan Update has been posted to the web for public review.  The draft plan can be found under the Working Documents header above.  Comments can be provided through participation with the community planning group, emailed to tmillette@sandiego.gov, or emailed to OtayMesaPlanUpdate@sandiego.gov.
