Parks

Two parks will be constructed for public use in Rancho Encantada. One will be a four acre City owned neighborhood park, the other will be a 6.5 acre neighborhood park to be maintained by homeowner association fees. Both parks will be phased in with future development.

Existing parks in the vicinity of Rancho Encantada include the Goodan Ranch Sycamore County Open Space Preserve.
