Current Community Plan

The Southeastern San Diego Community Plan was updated and adopted by the City Council July 13, 1987. The Fifth Amendment to Central Imperial Redevelopment Plan was approved April 2, 2009. The plan can be viewed from the following links, or purchased at the City of San Diego's Planning Division located at 202 C Street, fourth floor.
