Fiscal Year 2009. Please note previous Council and Committee action - on February 20, 2008
the Land Use and Housing Committee approved the Sabre Springs Public Facilities Financing Plan for
FY 2009; on April 15, 2008 the City Council adopted a Resolution of Intention to designate an area
of benefit for Facilities Benefit Assessment.
- May 20, 2008; 10:00 a.m. - A Public Hearing to adopt a Resolution of Designation for
the area of benefit.

Fiscal Year 2009. Previous Council and Committee action: on March 12, 2008 the Land Use
and Housing Committee approved the Carmel Valley Public Facilities Financing Plan for FY 2009; and on
April 21, 2008 the City Council adopted a Resolution of Intention to designate an area of benefit for
a Facilities Benefit Assessment in Carmel Valley.
