Fee Changes

• Effective July 1, 2009 - The Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) Fee will increase for single family units to $2378 per unit, and for multi-family units to $1902 per unit.



• Please check the Development Fees Schedule for current Facilities Benefit Assessment Fees, Development Impact Fees, and Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program Fees.
