Fee Changes
- Effective July 1, 2011, the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program Fees
(RTCIP) will increase 2% and Facilities Benefit Assessments (FBA) and Development Impact
Fees (DIF) will adjust according to applicable index. Click on the following link FY 2012 FBA
