North University City Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment

On November 10, 2008 the City Council approved the North University City Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, Fiscal Year 2009 and adopted a Resolution of Intention to designate an area of benefit for the Facilities Benefit Assessment, with the Mayor's approval of both actions on November 13, 2008. And on December 5, 2008 the City Council adopted a Resolution of Designation for the area of benefit, with Mayor's approval and final passage on December 15, 2008. The plan can be viewed from the following links or purchased from the City Planning & Community Investment Department, Facilities Financing Section, located at 1010 Second Avenue, Suite 600, East Tower.
