Otay Mesa Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment
The current Otay Mesa Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, Fiscal Year
2007, was adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2006. A Resolution of Intention to designate an
area of benefit for the Facilities Benefit Assessment and a Resolution of Designation for the area of
benefit were adopted on February 20 and March 20, 2007 respectively. The plan can be viewed from the
following links or purchased from the City Planning & Community Investment Department, Facilities
Financing Section, located at 1010 Second Avenue, Suite 600, East Tower. For more information on
