  Housing Element – Providing an adequate supply of housing for every economic level and demographic group.

   Land Use & Community Planning Element – Bridging between community plans and the City’ s General Plan, and developing relationships between land use and transportation systems.

  Mobility Element – Improving mobility through improved transit services, pedestrian amenities, bicycling facilities, and street networks.

   Public Facilities, Services & Safety Element – Addressing adequate public facilities and services (e.g. fire stations and libraries) in all City communities.

  Recreation Element – Improving equitable access to parks, protecting and enhancing regional parks and expanding recreation options for communities.

  Urban Design Element – Enhancing San Diego’s livability, distinctiveness, diverse neighborhoods, arts and culture, and transit amenities to achieve pedestrian-oriented villages.
