MSCP Plan
The MSCP Plan is the planning frame for the Multiple Species Conservation Program. This plan guides the preparation of individual sub-area plans for each jurisdiction within the MSCP planning area.

Carmel Mountain and Del Mar Mesa Preserves Resource Management Plan

This plan has been prepared to provide guidelines for the protection and maintenance of preserved natural open space on the Carmel Mountain Preserve and the Del Mar Mesa Preserve (Preserves). The Preserves act to protect the quality of life for residents of San Diego County and the quality of the experience for visitors by adding the feeling of openness and interaction with nature that San Diego fosters.
