Management Plans
MSCP Framework Management Plan
This plan, which was incorporated into the City's 1997 MSCP Subarea Plan, sets forth the management framework for all lands preserved under the City's MSCP. This framework plan is being used to develop more preserve-specific or area-specific managements plans, such as the Carmel Mountain and Del Mar Mesa Preserve Management Plan.

The purpose of this plan is to establish guidelines for maintenance and public use of the open space on Carmel Mountain and Del Mar Mesa in order to protect the unique natural and cultural resources on-site.
