Linda Marrone

Linda Marrone was certified as a Historic & Architectural Specialist by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in 2003. Her professional affiliations and memberships include the California Preservation Foundation, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the San Diego Historical Society.

Ms. Marrone is a Real Estate Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Jolla. She is the owner of Seaside Designs/Design & Color Consulting, which specializes in architectural and historical restoration of homes and gardens.

She served on the Board of Directors of the La Jolla Historical Society from 1999-2002, and La Jolla's Barber Tract Neighborhood Association from 2004-2006. She co-founded the Secret Garden Tour of Old La Jolla, an annual fund-raiser benefiting the La Jolla Historical Society. Linda is also a life member of the La Jolla Historical Society, Save Our Heritage Organization, and Village Garden Club.
