Additional Background Information

On Tuesday, April 13, 2004, RBF presented six alternatives to the Preferred Concept Plan. The six alternatives identify the means to improve travel time for both transit vehicles and passenger vehicles without compromising pedestrian or bicycle access along the corridor.
