Adult Entertainment

Adult Entertainers (PDF: 25K)
Any person working at a fixed business location who provides nude entertainment requires a police permit.
Nude Entertainment Businesses (PDF: 15K)
To legally operate a Nude Entertainment Business, a police permit must be obtained.
Outcall Nude Entertainers (PDF: 17K)
Any person who provides outcall nude entertainment at a location other than a fixed business establishment requires a police permit.
Outcall Nude Entertainment Businesses (PDF: 17K)
In order to operate an outcall nude entertainment business, a police permit is required.

After- Hours Entertainment Business

After Hours Entertainment - Single Events
Any person operating a one-time entertainment event during the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is required to have a police permit.

Bowling Alleys
Any bowling alley that plans to be open after 2:00 a.m. for a special occasion needs a police permit.

Shooting Galleries
Any shooting gallery that plans to be open after 2:00 a.m. for a special occasion or that utilizes an explosive cartridge containing gunpowder and/or a firearm needs a police permit.

After Hours Entertainment - On-going Venue
Any person operating an on-going entertainment business during the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. is required to have a police permit.

Entertainment Establishments

Permits are required for any of the events listed here.

Concerts Dances Disc Jockeys
Song or dance acts Hypnotists Plays
Sporting events Exhibitions Performances
Rodeos Circus Acts Demonstrations of Talent
Shows Reviews Pantomimes

Games

Bingo Games
Any organization operating bingo games needs a police permit.

Bowling Alleys
Any bowling alley that plans to be open after 2:00 a.m. for a special occasion needs a police permit.

Arcades
Arcade business consisting of six or more games of skill and/or amusement needs a police permit.

Card Room Employees
All employees working at a card room enterprise need a police permit.

Carnivals
Carnivals are police regulated events which can not exceed fifteen (15) days within any six (6) months period of time.

Casino Parties
Casino Party is a police licensed event sponsored by a registered, charitable Tax Exempt Organization.

Poolrooms and Billiard Parlors
A place of business that has five (5) or more pool and/or billiards tables for patrons to use needs a police permit.

Shooting Galleries
Any shooting gallery that plans to be open after 2:00 a.m. for a special occasion or that utilizes an explosive cartridge containing gunpowder and/or a firearm needs a police permit.

Promoters

Any person who contracts for or arranges a venue to provide any police-regulated activity needs a police permit.
