Location: Downtown, between Park Boulevard, 11th Avenue, and J and K Streets
Architects: Rob Wellington Quigley, FAIA and Tucker Sadler & Associates
Construction Manager at Risk: Turner Construction
Size: 497,652 square feet (nine stories including 2 levels of parking, auditorium and coffee bar)
Dates: Scheduled to be completed in 2013
Estimated Cost: $185 million (2005 estimate)
