Where can I learn how to use e-mail, instant messaging, etc.?Your San Diego Public Library has many books on basic computing and Internet use, as do all public libraries. Additionally, the computer lab at the downtown San Diego location offers classes on basic computing (including such topics as the Internet and word processing).
