Tasini Supreme Court Decision

In response to the recent Supreme Court decision (6/25/01) in the case New York Times Co. v. Tasini, the San Diego Union-Tribune recently removed all full-text content predating January 1, 2000 from online services such as ProQuest and the Union-Tribune web site.

Citations to Union-Tribune articles are still available via ProQuest for 12/5/83 to present. Full-text is available from 1/1/00 to present. Print and microfiche are unaffected by the ruling.
