Meeting Room Fee Structures

GROUPS GENERAL MEETING ROOMS ROOMS W/100 CAPACITY
Library Sponsored Groups, including Not-for-Profit (501(c)(3)) Organizations -with nominal membership fee of less than $100/year, open to the public/no fundraising $0 $0
Clubs and Not-for-Profit Public Service Groups with more than Nominal Membership Fee ($100 or less); and/or Fund Raising Use, and/or Restricted Attendance or Entry Fee $50 per hour (or part thereof) +10% of net receipts if applicable $100 per hour (or part thereof) +10% of net receipts if applicable
Private Groups $50 per hour (or part thereof) +10% of net receipts if applicable $100 per hour (or part thereof) +10% of net receipts if applicable

Required only if food or beverage is served.

Catering Charge: $5 per person is charged for parties under 50 people.
More than 50 people, a minimum of $200 is charged plus 10% of the net receipts if applicable.
