Consultant Rotation List

The City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and the Port of San Diego use this list to procure architectural, engineering and related professional services on a rotation basis for projects up to $1 million. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) outlines the requirements. To be considered for the rotation list a Consultant must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). See samples below.

2014-2015 and 2014 Consultant Rotation Lists

This year, Disciplines 1-13 are two-year terms, Disciplines 14-26 are one-year terms. Both the Consultant Rotation List RFQ and SOQ Questionnaire will be available for download starting May 9, 2013 from the City website. To be considered for the 2014-15 or 2014 Rotation List, the SOQ must be completed and submitted by July 12, 2013.

NOTE: Consultant Rotation List updates and notices are provided to registered document holders only. Beginning May 9, to become a registered document holder, make sure to add the official document holder's contact information for your firm at the Rotation List on the City's Bid & Contracting Opportunities website.
