This Division manages the implementation of right-of-way and related horizontal capital improvement projects. This responsibility includes the design and project management of:
- Water and sewer pipelines
- Transportation and street-related projects
- Bridges
- Flood plains and drainage infrastructure
- Signals
- Streetlights
- Utilities undergrounding projects
