Contractor/Vendor Registration
All prospective bidders, as well as existing contractors and vendors, are required to complete and submit the Contractor/Vendor Registration form. Registration will be a prerequisite for the following:
- Submission of future prime contract or subcontract bids for City projects;
- Acceptance of all future vendor and contractor bills and invoices submitted to the City; and
- Award of all future contracts issued by the City.
Contractor/Vendor Registration shall remain valid for two years from the date the registration form is originally submitted, and must be renewed at that time.
