Brazilian Futebol Academy

The Brazilian Futebol Academy (BFA) is a premier soccer academy located at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, CA. Our coaching staff is composed of top soccer professionals highly specialized in player development. Our partners include FIFA World Champion Cláudio Taffarel and Futsal World Champion Eduardo Valdez Basso.

BFA provides year-round soccer training for all skill levels. We apply a similar training methodology and philosophy used in Brazil at the youth divisions of professional teams. We offer a variety of programs for player ages 7 to adult. BFA's methodology follows a pedagogical progression, providing age-appropriate training aimed at developing a complete player.

Our programs are designed to work on all aspects of a soccer player's abilities, while incorporating elements that have set Brazilian players apart from their peers, such as technique, creativity, superior skills, finesse, improvisation, and the magic of Brazilian soccer.
