Final Pre-Sale Authorization Review
of City Owned Property

The City of San Diego is considering the sale of the below listed properties. Prior to being presented to City Council for authorization to be sold, each property underwent an extensive due diligence process by City Staff to ensure that it is suitable to be declared as excess to the City's needs. As part of the due diligence, these properties were posted on the City's website for 60 days to satisfy the requirement of California Government Code Sections 54220-54232 notifying local agencies of their availability.

This is a final pre-sale authorization review providing a last opportunity for city departments or agencies and outside governmental organizations to acquire or take control of these selected properties, or request their retention for future public use. This will be posted for an additional 60 days, after which time, those properties that remain will be considered surplus and in excess of city needs.

For more detailed information on each property, click on the property name.
