Lease and Redevelopment of Visitor Information Center

The City of San Diego invites proposals from qualified firms and individuals to lease and redevelop the City owned property known as the Visitor Information Center located at 2688 E. Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109. Proposers are invited to submit their proposals based on criteria as described in the RFP.

The deadline to submit proposals is 4:00p.m., Friday, July 22, 2011.
The pre-proposal inspection: Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Inspection time - 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
