The City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency encourages members of the public to become involved in redevelopment plans and issues. Interested parties should contact the City's Redevelopment Department, Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), or Southeastern Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) for more information. Meetings of the Redevelopment Agency, CCDC, SEDC, and Project Area Committees are open to the public.

Redevelopment Agency
Meetings:
The Board of Directors of the City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency meets in the City
Council Chambers of the City Administration Building at 202 'C' Street, 12th Floor, in Downtown San Diego. Although the Redevelopment Agency is a separate legal entity, the City Council serves as its
Board. The City Council President chairs the Board, the Mayor is the Executive Director, and the City Attorney serves as General Counsel. The City's Redevelopment Department serves as staff to the Agency.
Centre City Development Corporation
Meetings:
The Board of Directors of the Centre City Development Corporation meets at the CCDC Corporate Offices located at 401 'B' Street, Suite 400.
The Centre City Advisory Committee (CCAC) is a group of twenty-eight members each elected to a 2-year term to represent downtown residential homeowners and tenants, commercial property owners and business people, and charitable, civic, and cultural groups. Southeastern Economic Development Corporation
Meetings:
The Board of Directors of the Southeastern Economic Development Corporation meets at its offices at 404 Euclid Avenue, Suite 221.
Redevelopment Department
Project Area Committees:
Project Area Committees staffed by the Redevelopment Department hold regularly scheduled public meetings. They advise the Redevelopment Agency on the adoption and implementation of redevelopment plans, programs, and projects. Information on when and where these meetings are held may be found by scrolling below.
Affordable Housing:
The Executive Loan Committee of the Affordable Housing Collaborative holds public meetings to review staff recommendations for Agency subsidy of projects using Affordable Housing Opportunity Funds before they are presented to the Redevelopment Agency Board for approval. Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month at 3:00 pm at Civic Center Plaza, 1200 Third Avenue, 14th Floor.
