The Redevelopment Agency enters into agreements with developers to implement redevelopment projects. In addition, the Agency contracts with private firms to secure needed professional, technical, and other types of services. These opportunities are made available and advertised through the issuance of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and invitations to bid. The Agency encourages broad participation and invites qualified firms to respond to opportunities presented.
