The Redevelopment Agency regularly enters into agreements with developers to implement redevelopment projects. In addition, the Agency contracts with private firms to secure needed professional, technical, and other types of services. These opportunities are made available and advertised through the issuance of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and invitations to bid. The Agency encourages broad participation and invites qualified firms to respond to opportunities presented on this page.

The City Redevelopment Division maintains an e-mail distribution list to notify all interested parties about upcoming opportunities (RFQs and RFPs for redevelopment projects, as well as solicitations for the services of consultants or other professionals). If you would like your name added to this distribution list, please send an e-mail to this effect to ebarreiros@sandiego.gov (note "Master Distribution List" in the subject line). While all recipients of this list are back copied (i.e., BCC) and, as such, retain their anonymity, please note that all of the information staff receives and sends out is subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.
