Notice of Open Seats on North Bay Redevelopment Project Area Committee
The 30-member North Bay Redevelopment Project Area Committee (PAC) has vacant seats ready to be filled by interested members of the community. The PAC advises the Redevelopment Agency on the adoption and implementation of redevelopment plans, programs, and projects and plays an important role in the successful implementation of the North Bay Redevelopment Project.
The following eight (8) seats are currently available to be filled via PAC appointment:
- Residential Tenant
- Business/Property Owner – Linda Vista
- Business/Property Owner – Mission Valley
- Business/Property Owner – Uptown
- Linda Vista Community Planning Group Representative
- Peninsula Community Planning Group Representative
- Community Organization Representative
- Community Organization Representative
Candidates for appointment must be at least 18 years of age and must reside or own a business or property located in the North Bay Redevelopment Project Area. Community Organizations that serve the Project Area may also qualify to participate. Candidate information with eligibility documentation as outlined in the North Bay Redevelopment PAC Formation Procedures (PDF: 101K) must be submitted to Redevelopment Agency staff prior to the candidate being certified and then considered by the PAC for appointment.
