IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego (Agency) is dissolved as of February 1, 2012, per Assembly Bill 1X 26 (AB 26). The City of San Diego, serving as the successor agency per Resolution No. R-307238 (PDF) (January 12, 2012), has assumed the former Agency's assets, rights, and obligations under the California Community Redevelopment Law, subject to some limitations, and is winding down the former Agency's affairs and taking other actions in accordance with the dissolution provisions in Part 1.85 of AB 26. North Bay Redevelopment Project Area Committee
PAC Vacancies
The 30-member North Bay Redevelopment Project Area Committee (PAC) has seats ready to be filled by interested members of the community. The PAC advises the Redevelopment Agency on the adoption and implementation of redevelopment plans, programs, and projects and plays an important role in the successful implementation of the North Bay Redevelopment Project.
The following seven (7) vacant seats may be filled by appointment:
- 1 Residential Tenant seat
- 4 Business/Property Owner seats:
- 1 Representative from Each Community Below:
- Linda Vista
- Mission Valley
- Uptown
- North Bay (formerly known as Midway)
- 2 Community Organization Representative seats:
- 2 Social Service or Civic/Cultural Organizations
 Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must reside or own a business or property located in the North Bay Redevelopment Project Area. Community Organizations that serve the Project Area may also qualify to participate. Candidate information with eligibility documentation as outlined in the North Bay Redevelopment PAC Formation Procedures (PDF) must be submitted to Redevelopment Agency staff prior to the candidate being certified for consideration for appointment by the PAC.
