2010 Redistricting Commissioners
The seven members of the 2010 Redistricting Commission are:

- Carlos Marquez, Vice Chairperson
- Frederick Kosmo
- Ani Mdivani-Morrow
- Arthur Nishioka
- David Potter
- Theresa Quiroz
The 2010 Commissioners were appointed selected for appointment at a public hearing on October 1, 2010. More information on the appointing process.
Members of the Commission are volunteers and serve without compensation. Additionally, persons who accept appointment to the Commission may not seek election to a San Diego City public office within five years of the Commission’s adoption of a final redistricting plan.
