Due to declining federal grants and City fiscal constraints, only "City-Initiated Programs" and programs that had previously qualified under the "Basic Services" category were considered for funding. We regret that funds are not available for continued support of the non-profit community as years past.

The proposed FY 2009 Social Services Program funding recommendations are made available for review through May 6, 2008 on this website.

The City Council is scheduled to consider and adopt the Social Services Program budget at the City Council meeting of Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Meeting time is subject to change. Public comments regarding the proposed FY 2009 Social Services Program funding recommendations may be provided at the meeting.
