We have a large and diverse group of employees working through many departments to deliver City services throughout San Diego. We intend for our workforce to be service-oriented, innovative in helping the City solve our problems and achieve our goals, and dedicated to the work of the City. Developing City employees is vital because it provides our workforce with the skills and abilities necessary to serve the public as efficiently and effectively as possible.
