Each of our departments developed a tactical plan and a balanced scorecard of its own. The actions of our departments contribute to the City's success in accomplishing its goals and objectives. Aligning Departments' tactical plans with the City's strategic plan helps to ensure that all of the City's employees and resource investments are aimed at the same goals and that we are working together to achieve our collective vision.
