Investment Policy

Per California Government Code §53646, the City Treasurer's Investment Policy (PDF: 1 Mb) is annually reviewed and accepted by the City Council. Prior to Council acceptance, the City Treasurer's Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) also reviews the policy changes and makes additional recommendations. The Investment Policy is a formal statement of objectives and constraints for the City's investment approach.
