All citywide payments, are accepted by the cashiers at the Office of the City Treasurer, 1200 Third Ave., Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92101. The City Treasurer lobby is open for walk-in payments Monday through Thursday from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
