All City-wide payments, with the exception of delinquent accounts, are accepted by the cashiers at the Office of the City Treasurer (1200 Third Ave, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92101). Once an account becomes delinquent, payments can only be made through the Office of the City Treasurer's Delinquent Accounts Program.
