Rental Unit Business Tax Online Payments

Thank you for your interest in the City of San Diego Rental Tax Online Payment Service. To use this service, please note the following conditions:

• You must know your Rental Tax Payment Reference Number and Payment Due Date
  
  This is for the security of your personal information. To find your Rental Tax Payment Reference Number and Payment Due Date, view a sample billing statement (PDF: 50K)

• There must be NO change in the amount due for your Rental Tax account
  
  If changes to your your Rental Tax account result in an increase or decrease in the amount due, you must make your payment by mail or in person. Typical changes that would result in a modification of fees include: change in number of units being rented and change in ownership. You may pay your Rental Tax billing statement online using Visa, MasterCard, and Electronic Fund Transfer (eCheck). Payments processed after 4:30 p.m. (PST) will post the following business day; any penalties accrued during this time may apply.
