Intranet Development Assistant. Assist staff in creation of data repository structures to be used in technical information storage and retrieval. Qualifications: Knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Office 2000, Front Page, PhotoShop or HTML; good communication skills; able to work independently. Time Commitment: 3+ months; 2+ days/week, 2-4 hours/day.
Water Operations Division

Clerical Assistant. Assist staff with various office tasks, including telephone reception, public information, filing, mail sorting/distribution, word processing, typing. Qualifications: Able to file and answer multi-line telephones; able to follow directions; basic computer literacy, typing 35 wpm; work independently. Time Commitment: Varies, depending upon position.
Employee Training and Development Center Assistant. Assist staff with customer service and administrative functions including light typing using WordPerfect and Lotus. Qualifications: Ability to type letters, memos, labels, etc. Ability to move, stack and organize boxes. Good customer service skills for answering telephones and greeting visitors. Time Commitment: Varies.

City Lakes Grounds Maintenance. Assist Reservoir staff with the general maintenance of landscaping, picnic areas and trails around City lakes and reservoirs. Qualifications: Enjoys interacting with public and working outdoors; able to work independently; able to perform physically active work. Time Commitment: Varies.
