The City of San Diego Public Utilities Department invites all teachers to enter your students' artwork in the 12th Annual Water Conservation Poster Contest. Entries are due March 30, 2012.
Every student who creates a poster will receive a certificate of participation. Prizes for the winners will be presented at a San Diego City Council presentation in May.
