Customer Satisfaction Survey
The City of San Diegos Public Utilities Department is continually looking for ways to improve our service to our customers, so hearing from you is important to us.Whether it is our crews repairing a water leak or out joint effort with Streets Division to repair a utility service trench, or general comments about our services, we want to hear about your experience.

The City may collect your Uniform Resource Locators [URL] or Internet Protocol [IP] address [Addresses] to ensure and protect the integrity of the survey. Your Addresses will not be made public in any way. Further, the City will not release, sell, give way or otherwise disclose your Addresses to any third parties. Please, only one survey from each URL or IP address.
You can fill out the customer service survey whether you have a door hanger or not. If you have a door hanger, have it with you to answer the questions about the type of door hanger you received. There are several door hangers (PDF) we use for our different services and we want to make sure that your feedback is forwarded to the appropriate section of our team. If you did not receive a door hanger, please check the appropriate box below and describe the service you received or observed.
