To establish or stop water/sewer services you can:
- Go online to our Customer Care Center
- Call the Public Utilities Customer Service number (619) 515-3500.
- Visit the Customer Service Office at 600 B Street, 11th Floor, San Diego, 92101. Open 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday to Friday.
