Establishing or Cancelling Service
In order to establish or cancel water and sewer service in the City
of San Diego, you need to contact a Water Department Customer Service
Representative at (619) 515-3500. If you prefer to do business in person,
you are welcome to visit our Customer Service office at 600 B Street,
Suite 1100.
Normally, water service to houses has not been turned off so restarting
service is as easy as a phone call. In instances where the water has
been shut off, the Water Department will try to have service restored
within 24 hours.
